I don't know about you, but I get inspired when I talk to other women business owners who are taking charge in the world. These women are intentional. They get clear about what they want, they communicate it to who matters most, and they set up systems to support consistent progress toward what they want.

In this episode, I spoke to a woman just like like this. Amy Traugh is a business coach, the founder and CEO of the Moms on a Mission community, and the host of The Motivated Mompreneur podcast.

She has made it her mission to change the narrative that you have to choose between your business and your role as a mom. She helps business owners gain the clarity, consistency, and confidence to create more profit with less hustle.

Amy has such great energy and cares so much about empowering women business owners with kids. There were so many things we touched on in such a short time. I had like 10 things to highlight but I boiled it down to 3:

• You can stop checking all of the societal boxes anytime. Create that whitespace so you can pause and make sure you are living the life you really want.

• You get to decide what success looks like for you.
